Site Menus While in Page Builder Not Live?

While in the Page Builder, is there a reason the actual site menus are not active? Would love it if they would take you to the other pages and load them up in the builder to edit.

It seems more intuitive instead of having to bring up the Content picker/list.

But if the list is necessary, at least let me click on the Page name in the Content list to go to the page instead of having to click the little Pencil icon. It’s the only available action in that list. And the page names highlight as you hover over them, so you think that’s what you’re supposed to do anyway.

So let’s just simplify and allow clicking on the Page names to load them in the Page Builder.

And is it the Page Builder or the Content Builder? I see it called both in the Docs.

Yes, it’s not live as it allows you to select the menu quickly to edit it. And, users might accidentally go out of the builder when they will want to edit the menu.

Regarding the Page Name, it’s highlighting for renaming the title.

Regarding the Content Builder, it’s not just a page builder because it can edit the content of a post and other post types.

But if clicking on a menu item didn’t take you out of the builder, and loaded the page the same way the Content list does, that would be much better, more direct and intuitive way to work. Used much more that clicking in the menu to edit the menu. And get to edit the header in the Headers list.

Oh. Didn’t know it did that.

I agree. But it is also referred to as Page builder in the Docs.
