Hey @godfather,
Please remove the code given previously by Darshana because that is not the solution. The issue you faced was not caused by our theme. Functions in our theme alone could never display nor add features they’re not designed to do.
The issue is coming from your child theme’s CSS. Please contact your developer or programmer to fix this. I’ve recorded a screenshot for proof, please see the secure note.
Before posting an issue, please do test if the theme is really causing the issue first. The troubleshooting steps below outlines how to do that. Please follow the steps for the blue text color issue.
-
Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.
-
If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.
-
If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
-
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
-
Switch to the parent theme to test if your child theme is causing the issue.
-
Remove custom CSS and Javascript in Theme Options and other areas you’ve added them.
Thanks.
