Site Issues: WPBakery Plugin

Hello:
My site has been down for two days. There are all types of errors coming up. It appears that WPBakery Plugin is interfering with other plugins and it is causing all types of issues on the site. I contacted our Host Godaddy and they were able to get the site up, however, in looking at the backend they see all of the errors and they are also pointing to WPBakery. The site opens in most browsers now, however, it looks completely distorted in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. The only way it comes up correct is in Chrome. Please help. Tks!

Thanks for reaching out.

I like to check it but the URL seems incorrect, it redirects to HTTPS version of the URL but it says This site can’t provide a secure connection.

Please check your HTTPS setting or redirection and let us know. And please provide the page URL that has this issue and if possible, FTP login credentials too as I like to check the errors they are referring.

The url is correct. That is the problem that I am having. We use to have htttp and a few months back we switched to https. Is there something I should be doing to assist with this redirect? The url is https://www.pcncopiers.com
It should be up now because I contacted our host and we were able to get it back up and running , however, they are telling me that WPBakery is causing a lot of interference. I even deleted some plugins including Jetpack because it was causing interference with WPBakery and the site. I will provide FTP credentials privately. Tks!

It seems that you have a SSL related issue which you need to resolve.
An error occurred during a connection to www.pcncopiers.com. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

You can use the following tool to test it further (https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/index.html) and then you may have to contact your hosting provider to resolve this issue.

Regretfully the given ftp credentials does not work for us. It won’t allow us to login. Meanwhile, I have check your site in Firefox and this is how I see it:

Would you please provide a screenshot of how it looks in Firefox and IE from your browser?
