It’s giving a 404 error when the form is submitted. It’s using the Payeezy Pay plugin. Is there any issue with the theme and this plugin? Feel free to go in and check it out.

Hi there,

Please kindly consider that even if there is a conflict between the 3rd party plugin and the theme you will need to contact the developer of the plugin and we will not be able to support for the compatibility. We will surely add the case to the issue tracker but there is no guarantee of the compatibility availability.

Now to test if it is something related to our theme or not you can simply add the form to a test page without the Cornerstone builder and with the simple WordPress editor and change the theme to one of the default WordPress themes such as twenty sixteen.

See if the form is working there or not. If it is still not working there is some problem regarding the usage of the plugin and you need to contact the plugin developer. If that works with the other theme kindly get back to us and we will add the case to our issue tracker after few considerations and checks.

Thank you.
