Site is displaying all wrong

I noticed that early descriptive title but I was not sure what else to put. I’m having some issues updating cornerstone with it causing some errors on the site so I Restore the site from a backup everything was fine. Moving forward I tried to update the plug-ins one at a time and still when I got to cornerstone I had an issue. I didn’t have time to mess with that at the time so I restored again and continued on with some other work on the site. I figured I would take care of the cornerstone plug-in update at the end.

Now that I’ve started doing some testing on the site I have tempted to update cornerstone again still was getting some errors but now when I go back and restore the site it looks nothing like the original site. I’ve attached to images of what it look like before in what looks like now. I have already contacted the hosting company and they said they cannot see anything on their end but I have tried to Restore from seven different backups and they all do yes. I can’t imagine what the heck is going on please tell me I do not have to rebuild this website. That will be a disaster.

I tried changing the page layout and made no difference.

However I checked your site and I see you’ve an outdated versions of X and Cornerstone which could be causing the issue. Since you’re also having update issue, I would recommend that you create a staging site. This is very useful because you can test drive any X or Pro updates in the staging area, do the customization and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site. Once everything is perfect, you can easily and flawlessly proceed the update in the live site. To know how to create a staging area, please check out these articles:

Taking a complete backup before any update is a best practice too so make sure to take a backup of your site first and then make sure to update both X and Cornerstone to avoid potential errors and conflicts, you can review our update guide.

I guess I did not make myself clear. The state at which you currently see the site was from a backup that was working just fine, the layout was perfect, it just needed some updates. WordPress itself, Cornerstone, and a few other plugins. Before I proceeded with any updates I made copy. As I started making the updates, one plug-in at a time, I would then check to make sure this site still looked correct and functioned properly, then I would update the next plug-in, and so on. Once I updated cornerstone, I was getting an error. I have not made note of that error but the site still looked fine. In an effort to continue with some other modifications to the site and take care of the cornerstone update at a later date I went to restore the site using my back up I had just made that was working just fine. This back up is what Is producing this problem now. The layout is all wrong with the navigation looks like it has no CSS. Thinking that somehow my backup was the problem I used another backup from my web hosting company. The same layout problem persisted. I tried several other backups from several other days going back in time in a matter what day I picked this is the layout I was getting. None of this makes any sense to me and I was hoping you guys could shed some light on it simply because I cannot figure out why the page is all screwed up even though all the settings say differently. For example, the home page is set to “Layout-Content Left-Sidebar right” the widgets show up under the Content as apposed to the right.

Hopefully this clarifies my dilemma.

The credentials that I gave you did not work because I restored from an older back up which did not have you as a administrative user. That has been remedied so you can now use same credentials and I provided in the initial post

Well, I guess I missed something because now that I updated everything all at once and the site is now displaying correctly but I am getting this error on the page whre I have a gravity form. It should be showing up but it is not. Here is the code in the functions.php that the error is referring to.

That is custom code. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes or we do not fix custom code issues. Please forward this Gravity Forms issue to Gravity Forms support or a third-party developer.

Alternatively, you can remove the GF custom code and check if your form will show up.
