Site is Broken

Hi! My site has been fine and today I went to upload content and realized the site is broken. Can you tell what could be the problem. Its really important for the site to be functioning properly. Tks!!

This happened after the new update to X where it updated the editing format for the pages.

Hi there,

I logged in to your site and the shortcodes show up on the frontend of the site because it seem that the WPBakery plugin was deleted on your site.

Please try to reinstall WPBakery in X > Validation.

WPBakery does not show up in X Validation list.

I rebooted the site and found Visual Composer, however, when I try to install it says “destination folder already exists.”

Hi,

You need to login to FTP or CPANEL > File Manager, then navigate to wp-content/plugins
Under that directory find the js_composer folder and delete that folder.

After deleting that folder, you may install VC back from X > Validation Page
