It seems that none of my customizations are working since some update. I’m actually not exactly sure when this happened as the site looked good yesterday but a mess today. I’ve tried testing for a plug-in conflict but haven’t found one. Site is: http://creeksidehealth.com/

This should probably be in the support forums. Also, your site is no longer public.
What did you upgrade from and to? Generally, clearing all caches on the site fixes most display errors after an upgrade.
