Site has prevented the preview from loading

Hello

I just did an update in wordpress and went to start a new blog post. I found it very difficult to post text using a tiny box that I can not stretch. In addition Im getting this error that started immediately after updating, “A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading.” Can you assist with this thanks.

Hello @BusinessExpress,

Thanks for asking. I checked the source of the website and can see you are running X 5.1.1. We have launched version 5.2.2 along with few releases catering for bug fixes. I suggest you to please update to the latest version and see if issue persists. Please refer our plugin and theme update guide:

I tried to login but looks like there is some issue with the password. Can you please confirm the login details?

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks.

Hello

After the update the message still remains. I have updated the login details as requested. When I log in to the wordpress I go to a blog post that I have already written and Im trying to edit but instead I get a page that says,A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading." Its be a few days that I have not been able to write a blog post. Can you expedite this request please thanks.

Hello,

Its been a week and the site is still down. I would like to know if there is a compensation to reimburse for the site being down for so long. After the update I completed with THEMECO
the message still remains. “A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading.” I have updated the login details as requested about three times as well .When I log in to the wordpress I go to a blog post that I have already written and Im trying to edit but instead I get a page that says, “A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading.” I have not been able to write any blog posts even after trying another new blog post to see if possibly that would work, I received the same message. Please advise thank you kindly.

Hi Tiffany,

Upon checking your website I can confirm the issue is being caused by a 3rd party plugin.

I turned off all plugins but Cornerstone and the editor loaded fine.

You will need to do the testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
