Site has a hesitation when scrolling

Hello, I’m in the process of rebuilding a site and I noticed it has a jerky hesitation when scrolling. I’ve never noticed this problem before with this theme. Here’s the link: https://1bq.2f6.myftpupload.com/

Thanks for reaching out.
The scrolling issue occurs due to the second scrollbar appearing on your website. If you have not set that manually, the double scrollbar might appears if some of the element is taller or similar in height to its container. In that case,
I would suggest you check by deleting the section of the specific pages one by one till the issue is fixed, and the last one you have deleted before the fix is the actual issue.
