We have not started working on the site yet. But when I came to the domain today, I cannot access. Instead it shows this message. “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

It will be very difficult to understand what is the exact reason behind your issue. I would suggest you delete the Pro theme from the wp-content/themes through the FTP/CPanel access and check if that resolves the problem. If that does not help, please check by renaming each plugin folder one by one from wp-content/plugins and check if that resolves the problem.

CPanel login doesn’t allow me in either. Tried to reset by email and it does recognize my email address either.

The issue is resolved now. For some reason you’ve tried to enable the wp multi site feature which lead to a memory exhaust. I’ve increased the memory for you so now everything loads fine.
