Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! I checked your site and I see the HTTP ERROR 500 error, we have found that this is typically due to security settings or permissions errors with the server. For this particular situation, you will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to ensure that your file permissions are set correctly. Additionally, this could be related to a ModSecurity rule being triggered due to a combination of keywords used in the core WordPress files for the Theme Options. This should be able to be remedied by writing to the support team at your host and asking them to whitelist the ModSecurity rules on your domain.

In the mean time please follow this article to try fixing the issue on your own https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/

Let us know how this goes!

Please let me know how to revert to the previous version of pro theme.

Hello @jozhica,

Thanks for updating the thread.

If you have backup of the website, you can use that to rollback. Else, you can get in touch with hosting provider as some hosting provider keep backups on the server.

Alternatively, you can download the stable version of Pro theme from members area.

Thanks.

That version also does not work. Where do I find older versions.

Hello @jozhica,

Thanks for updating the thread.

Along with the latest version of Pro Theme, we maintain a stable release that users can use to rollback. As you have activated default WordPress theme and I don’t see 500 error message, please try out following:

  1. Using software like Filezilla, login to FTP and navigate under /wp-content/themes/ directory.
  2. Delete Pro Theme folder.
  3. Download latest version of Pro Theme from members area.
  4. Extract the downloaded file.
  5. Upload the Pro folder under /wp-content/themes/ directory.
  6. Login to the backend of your website and under Plugins > Installed Plugins deactivate all active plugins.
  7. Activate Pro Theme from Appearance > Themes.
  8. Activate one plugin at a time under Plugins > Installed Plugins.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks.

All the plugins are uninstalled and the theme is not functional.

Please let me know where can i find the older version of the theme that does not have these issues.

Hi,

Sorry but we don’t have a link for older versions. You may contact your host and let them restore a backup.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP

Thanks
