Hi! I’ve just updated to the new version of X, and now all the pages of my website show up to the left, and in some pages when I try to edit with X, it doesn’t show anything, just blank!

@seager anytime! Yeah, I would say so… The perception on this latest release is not looking too good. Surprised this many issues went undetected during QA. But this is a good community and I’m confident things will get fixed soon.

I have 2 sites, one with X and another with Pro. The one with Pro no issues, the one with X and Cornerstone is the align to the left issue + the blank pages when trying to Edit with X. :\ Yes @scojo88 , I hope this can get fixed soon, I had to roll back to a backup I had, since I couldn’t edit pages with this new version.
Hi @Seager, I can confirm it’s the same thing @scojo88 has reported. This will be fixed in the next release. Thank you all for your patience as we’re working through these issues.

@alexander I’ve updated and the issue with the columns is fixed, but I still got the blank page when trying to edit any page! Any update coming soon on this issue?
I suspect that most of the people doing the beta testing (such as myself) were using Pro rather than X… I have sites on X but they are pretty static these days. All my current focus is on the Pro Theme. If that applies to most of the other beta testers, that might account for the missed errors in X.
The solution would be for people that use X to get more involved in the Beta… but I realise that is not for everyone
Should I wait for an update or it’s better to roll back to an older backup again?

I would recommend you to restore the older backup after that you can copying your live website to your staging area. where you can update the theme with the latest version X 8.0.6 and Cornerstone 5.0.6
I would suggest you follow the below steps while updating to the latest version of the theme.
- Delete the Cornerstone
- Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
- After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version
I would also suggest you troubleshot a few common issues on this.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization

This sounds like you’re having an issue with the third party plugin, regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script.
You can either disable the plugin or try any alternative plugin that doesn’t conflict with the theme.
