Hello, I recently updated X and Cornerstone and the Cornerstone update broke my site. The home page is still ok but all of the other pages have broken formatting.

I am not a developer, just a small business owner. I cannot figure out how to fix it. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your help. I tried to explain the best as I can below.
The home page looks ok, but on other pages, the entire top black text box with an About section should not be there. See attached screen shot circling the problem. Also the shopping cart and search icon in the header menu is all messed up as well. And there is weird text along the top of the site starting with "deprecated…
On another page the menu looks like this:
My site has a pure white background and the menu header should look like it does on the homepage. Here is the correct way the header menu formatting should look

Thank you for the credentials but it did not work, please check.
That black area on your header is a plugin named UberMenu that is not configured properly. Base on your 3rd screenshot you’re not using this plugin before, please deactivate the UberMenu plugin and you should get back the white header.
Regarding that error that says Deprecated, that is also caused by one of your plugin MainWP Child, if you don’t use that plugin, please deactivate that plugin as well.
That second screenshot of yours looks like a caching-related issue, that commonly happens after an update. Please clear all your caching plugins/features including your browser’s cache. More details about that here.

The black are is solved with the deactivation of UberMenu. But the Deprecated issue persists. I do not have the MainWPChild plugin installed. Any other suggestions? I will resend login info in a private note so you can see which plugins are installed. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for updating in! Please log in to your FTP and browse to the plugins folder. This is where you will see the broken MainWPChild plugin. You will need to manually delete this folder to get your issue resolved.
And also, you have several caching plugins which need to be cleared once in a while so that these plugins will have a synchronized cache.
