I have checked your specified post and found that it saving the modification made to it. Can you please check once by clearing your browser cache and let us know if that issue still exists?

Regarding, the other issue you are having, can you please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem?

Like I mentioned before it works on the stag site but not on the live site. The changes you made was on the live site.

I have updated the live site to the latest version of theme x and cornerstone

I tried editing that specific post and it won’t save. I was able to save other posts.

The credentials provided on the security note works for the live site.

@ruenel do you know what could be this issue?

Hi @LucyKeile,

I have tried the same credentials for your live site, but it didn’t work. I would recommend you update the theme with the latest version, which was released a few hours ago.
I would also suggest you follow the below steps while updating to the latest version of the theme.

  1. Delete the Cornerstone
  2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
  3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version

If that does not resolve your issue, please provide the credentials for your live server to check.
