Site breaking on IE

Hi there,
We’re having serious issues with our site when opening on Internet Explorer. It works fine on Chrome but falls apart on IE.

I’m new to the developing world and this feels totally outside of my current capabilities…

Thanks for writing around! Please try adding the following code in the Theme Options > CSS:

.no-preserve3d .x-image img {
    width: 100%;
}

Don’t forget to clear the cache including your browser’s cache after adding the code. Let us know how this goes!

The colors aren’t reading properly, the images are all different sizes, the separator is registering as black when it should be white…

Hi Jena,

I wonder which version of the Internet Explorer are you checking the site with as our theme support IE 11+ and it does not support the older versions.

Please kindly get back to us with the exact URL which you see the problem of the image sizes and colors and also a screenshot so that we can check and compare with our version.
