Site blank page issue with X theme on the homepage - site down repeatedly

Hi,

I’m having ongoing issues with the homepage of my X theme site just not working and showing a blank white page from time to time: https://filmlifestyle.com

All other pages and posts work fine, just the homepage showing blank.

I’ve contacted my hosting support multiple times and they have said it is a theme issue. I’ve removed all plugins and it was still an issue, so not a plugin conflict.

I have latest version of Wordpress and the latest X theme version. My hosting is with Siteground.

My hosting support people solved it last time this happened with a htaccess file change. But this time that isn’t working and the problem remains.

Any hekp would be much appreciated.

Does it happen when you switch your home page to the masonry style?

Currently, your home page is working normally on my end:

Please follow these steps also:

  • Check on your current setup of SSL. If you have an SSL certificate on your site. You should have the WordPress Site URL and Address URL settings set to HTTPS if you are loading the builder via HTTPS. This can be checked via your wp-admin > general > settings.

  • Check the caching issue. If you have a caching plugin activated or any form of server side caching please disable it to test for any possible conflicts. If you have server side caching or aren’t sure if you do, your host should be able to advise of this and disable it for testing purposes on your account.

If it still doesn’t work, would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link login to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
