Site Background Visuals changed / lost after update

Not sure if its from a recent update, but most likely the case at this point with my experience with this theme.

I have my blog and similarly styled pages off aesthetically.

-SNIpppp-

The top is a video media page. The bottom is from the blog. Both in the current site, look like the bottom.

It should have the title, with the color accent behind, followed with the main content background being white as shown in the first image. What needs to be added again so that this shows up correctly in all major browsers and mobile devices again? Thank you.

Hello @mtsuser,

I checked your website it seems that the background image and style is rendering from the Autoptimize plugin cache CSS file.

I would recommend you to purge all the cache and temporarily deactivate the plugin. I would also suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again.

Please note that we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the support scope.

Hope it helps
Thanks for understanding

Hi @prakash_s - this wouldn’t be a Autoptimize plug in issue - its not active. This was an issue long before any plugins were in use, and each update, it seems to be the same issue. Cache has been cleared from the site, and brand new browser sessions yield the same result.

@prakash_s Update - After looking thru what was still left for updates, the theme had an update that could be run. Although it seems to have resolved the situation for now, it had nothing to do with clearing cache or the plugin, just for clarity. Thank you.

Hey @mtsuser,

Yes this usually happens due to incompatible versions of X and Cornerstone. Always make sure to update both X and Cornerstone to the latest versions to avoid potential errors and conflicts.

You can find the latest version numbers here https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility

Cheers!
