Single X Pro license not validating on website

It’s been almost 24 hours since purchasing new license for Pro, and it is still not validating on my site. A quick search of this forum suggests that this sort of thing has been a problem for years. If I had known it was going to be this much trouble, I might have have gone with a different theme/platform.

How does this get fixed?

Please double check your Settings > General and make sure the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are the same with your Location link here.

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
