Single post portfolio in 2 columns

Hello,

Is it at all possible to have the single post portfolio as two columns? I’ve seen posts making them fullwidth but I can’t seem to see any for making it 2 columns.

Ideally it’ll be featured image on the left with the title above it and text on the right. It’s something that I’d want to use in across all single post portfolio items.
