Single Layout page not adding header/footer and still has Blog format

Hello,

I created a Single Layout page based on an ACF post type called Press Releases…and added the appropriate condition

But the page is still based off a Blog structure…

Any ideas how to fix?

It might be the issue of cache I would suggest you please purge all the cache and cache from the server as well you must ask your hosting provider to purge all the cache and then recheck it. If it doesn’t work for you we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Exact page URL

I cleared caches (system and Pro) and it still doesn’t work. Sent login info in Secure Note…thanks for the help.

Hi @LAMVCF,

I have checked the given URL and found that the Single Layout is properly assigned to it. I also found that there is no header or footer is assigned to it, and that is why the header and footer are not showing.
I have temporarily assigned the header to the entire site and it was showing in the given URL.
