I upgraded to the latest version of Pro this week and since doing that I notice all my pages (not articles) are now showing padding around the edge?
What have you changed that could be effecting my pages this way?
Seems to be .entry-wrap 60px? Perhaps that’s something I have changed somewhere in the past which only now is effecting pages?

We didn’t change the theme. Integrity is really supposed to look like the following.
It is because you customized that look and our development team made the padding a priority now so you’re having this issue.
Since you’re using Pro, I’d recommend you now create a layout for your pages to use. The video tutorial below will show you how to create a single layout template.
If you still wish to continue using your custom code, add `!important rules.
Please just note that we do not provide customization support. If my suggestion won’t work for you, please consult with a developer to create a custom solution.
