Simple Recent Blog Post list in Footer - Pro

Hi, i’m looking to create a simple list of recent blog posts and place it in my footer. I don’t like the design of the default widget and would like just a simple text list.

Is this possible?

Thanks for reaching out.

The only element we have to display the recent post is “Classic Recent Posts Element” and we don’t have simple text lists. If you would like to use the Classic Recent Post Element I advise you to create a Global block and create the Recent Posts there then assign it to your footer widget area or you can put the shortcode to display the Global Blocks.

This works but the styling is off. the vertical lists overlap the footer column in on certain screen sizes.

Also, where would I place css to the text and background of this element.
