Simple Booking Calendar Display bug

The external plugin ‘wp simple booking calendar’ is displayed incorrectly on smartphones.

Test smartphone is PIXEL3.

Can you find the cause?

Then send us the URL and image of the relevant page.

Hello @NAO4,

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your given page URL on my phone(iPhone 7+) and it seems that it is working fine on my end. It might be the issue of the browser cache, I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again.

Please note we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the support scope.

Thanks for understanding

Try switching to a different month.
This will cause a bug.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
We understand that third-party products are available.

We wish we could find out what is causing this…

Hi @NAO4,

You are most welcome.

I changed it to ‘Modern Events Calendar’, but it is still wrong.

When I switch months, it keeps loading.

Do you know the cause?

All bugs so far only occur on smartphones.

Hi @NAO4,

I have checked your website and found the issue exists on the Desktop and my Android mobile phone too. I found that you are still using the older version of Pro i.e. 4.2.3, I would suggest you update it to the latest version 5.1.5 and check if that resolves your issue. If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Thank you for your answer.

I’d like to update this, but…
Every time I update, something buggy happens.
Is there a way to revert to the current version (4.2.3) if a bug occurs?

Hello @NAO4,

We highly suggest that you use a staging site so that you can safely test and troubleshoot the theme and plugin updates. If you already did and that the issue is happening now in your staging site, please check out this documentation first:

Hope this helps.

Using the WP Staging plugin.
A staging site has been created.

The staging site is working fine even though both the theme and WP have not yet been upgraded.

Could this be a bug in the paths or permalinks?
Do you know the cause?

Hi @NAO4,

It will be very difficult to say why the problem does not exist in the staging server. I would suggest you update the WordPress and Theme on your staging server and if everything goes fine migrate the staging to the live server.

Hope it helps.
Thanks
