Silder Revolution does not load blocks navigation menu

Hello,

I have encountered a problem with the Slider Revolution plugin that causes a problem in the navigation menu. This problem only exists on mobile devices.

We use Xtheme ( version 7.2.3 ) and Silder Revolution (installed version 6.2.2 )

We have a Silder on several pages. The Silder does not fully load on these pages. At the same time it is not possible to open the Naviagtions menu.

Unfortunately we do not know how to solve this problem.

Troubleshooting
Testing for Plugin Conflict:

Child Theme - we only use X theme (no child themes)

CSS - we can not remove this, because here is a lot of styling and we are working at a LIVE website

JS Customization remove - didn’t change anything

Disabling Cache - didn’t change anything

Disabling CDN - we do not use this

We tested one more thing:
could this error be related to the plugin Borbals Cookie Opt-In?
So that there is a conflict between Borlabs Cookies and Revolution Slider?
That is the only thing, we change at the website.
And if wie deleate Brolabs, so error is removed

But we want to use Borlabs Cookies in the future, so do you know how we can solve this error?

Hey Maxi,

You will need to report the issue to Borlabs Cookies developers so they can make their plugin compatible with Slider Revolution because we do not provide 3rd party plugin support.

Another alternative is you hire a freelance developer to fix the issue.
