The sidebars on my site are gone. Granted I have not touched this site in about 2 years but everything seems to be up to date and I can not figure out how to get them back.

It seems that it is an issue of version compatibility issue. You are using the older version of the X theme and Cornerstone page builder. I would suggest you please update your theme, plugin, and PHP version as per our version compatibility page.
Please note you need to take a backup of the site database and files before updating the theme and WordPress core.
I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
If none of those work, It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
