Sidebar not working (at all, i believe) for woocommerce archive page

Hello,
for one website where i am setting up a Shop, i am not able to setup the sidebar. I want to use the sidebar for Product filter and search bar.
Due to the fact that i am not able to setup the sidebar i tried to do it with a 4 column row. One column (left) is used for the widget sidebar and the rest for the products, but the problem is that the 4th product is going below the widget sidebar and when the widget sidebar column is expanding vertically, the products below are moving away from the products above. So, my alternative plan is not working as i wished, so i need to get the sidebar to work.
I created a sidebar and selected to show it on the woocommerce page and i believe all other settings are correct, the Content Layout setting is set to “sidebar / content” (fullwitdh).
This is how it looks right now, without the sidebar. PS: the website i am working on is for my brother, but from his account i cannot create a forum thread, so if you need the login details or so, then let me know it.

I found a alternative solution by putting the filters above the products in a seperate row. It can stay like that for now, because i dont have a lot of filters (maybe in future), but in case the sidebar problem can be fixed, then let me know how.

Glad that you are able to find an alternative solution. But to know the exact reason behind your problem we need to investigate through the WordPress admin dashboard. I would suggest you, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

You seem to forget to send in the URL of your shop or the WP login URL. We have checked the licenses associated with your Themeco account and we cannot figure out which site is it.
