Sidebar Not Showing Up in Post Layout Setup

I setup a Layout for Posts with Sidebar.
I created sidebar. Put on widgets for a test.
The posts show up on left side, but sidebar area is blank.

Hey Laurel,

There could be a 3rd party plugin or custom code that affects the widget area. Please kindly copy your site to a staging server so that you can troubleshoot without disrupting your live site. In the staging site do the following troubleshooting steps and answer the question.

1. Testing For Theme Related Issue - Does your widget area work using the default WordPress theme?
2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
3. Child Theme

If the issue happens only when using Pro and no 3rd party plugin or custom code is causing it, please provide the following info in a Secure Note

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
