Sidebar doesn't show up

Hi. I have created a sidebar and have changed the template on the page that I want it to appear on and I have also checked that page on the Manage Sidebars page, as shown here: https://screencast.com/t/3DtY8QMR

No matter what I do, the side bar does not show up on the page. I have read through all of the support documentation and followed all of the steps, but it’s still not showing up. What else do I need to do?

Seems your sidebar setting is fine. If you have sidebar template for your pages then it should come.
I Can see your donate page template is full-width page template. Can you confirm that?
To help you find out what could be the issue we need few details from your side.

Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note

• Link to your site
• WordPress Admin username / password
