Sidebar css removed by accident how do i replace

Hello i accidently removed my original sidebar css and now it doesn’t show on the page. Is there anyone who knows what the original css is, so i can re-paste.

Im running the Ethos X Theme on Wordpress.

Thanks for writing in.

I could not share the code to you because I am not sure which CSS that you removed. If I share not the exact file or code, it might cause more trouble… To get the file that you removed, you could download the whole file of X or Pro in your Apex Dashboard.

Hello thanks Nico, i’m not sure what to do next. I have a lot of content already written and i dont want to lose it. Could you advice what i should do?

Hi Nico, i think what you are suggesting is that if i download the x theme in my apex account it will be like another full new website and if i go to the css section and click on sidebar i will see what the original code looks like and i can copy the missing part over onto my wordpress x theme?

Hi Richard,

My colleague misunderstood you and thought that you have deleted some theme files.

I am sorry but we have no way to retrieve your css code.

Please try to contact your hosting provided and see if they have a back up. Most hosting provided do monthly or weekly backups.
