Side bars and header and footer show up randomly no matter how I have the template set

I have all of my pages set up as Blank - No Container | Header, Footer on the WP Admin Dashboard and in Pro. My theme is set to fullscreen. On some pages this is exactly what happens and on other pages I get Side Bar with No Header, but does have a Footer.

I am using Superfly Menu and when the menu slides in on the left the side bar slides in on the right and stays there after the menu is closed so it is covering content.

I was having the configuration problem before using Superfly.

It is in my staging site so I don’t know if I can share it.

Am I missing something?

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! We need the referenced URL to one of your pages to check the issue.

In the meantime, could you please check for the following.

  • If you’re using a child theme, switch back to your parent theme to see if you’re encountering any conflict from your child theme modifications.
  • If you have added any custom CSS or Javascript, remove them temporarily and test.
  • Also try disabling your 3rd party plugins and test for a plugin conflict.

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

This page is set up as I stated. I don’t have any custom CSS or Javascript that I know of. I will try disabling plugins. I have always had this problem though. I only recently found the setting in Pro and thought my prayers were answered because it worked on a few of the pages.

This is the only code on that page and it is in the main text box in on the WP Admin dashboard.

Let me know if you see anything that is suspect.

Thanks!

Hello There,

It seems that you have set up the navbar as “Fixed Right”. Please go and check it in Theme Options > Header > Navbar > Navbar Position..

I also noticed that you have Endurance Page cache active. Please make sure to clear your site cache first before testing your site. You can also temporarily disable this cache in Settings > General Endurance Page Cache.

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.
