I have tried everything and i cannot get the sidebar to show on our blog pages

Thanks for writing to us.
I would suggest you please go to the cornerstone—>Theme option —>Layout and Design —>Content/Sidebar.
Go to the WordPress dashboard —>Appearance—> Widgets —>Add the Widgets on the Main Sidebar
Please note that it will be applicable globally, and the sidebar will be rendered throughout the website.
