Side bar menu on certain pages and sub pages

How would I create a side bar menu like this website? It would only be for structured URL /features and sub pages while keeping the top primary navigation menu.

Thanks for writing to us.

You need to go to the Appearance->menu->Create a menu. Now you need to open the page in the Cornerstone builder, ->Set the column layout to two-column.

Add the Navigation Inline element on the left column, and in the other column, insert the content.
