Side Bar is not working

My name is Christy and I purchased X Theme on Saturday, installed it successfully and began the process of customizing it.

Thank you for creating X Theme. I purchased it with your spring sale and I’m looking forward to my new site. For easy reference here is my purchase code.

My site is a Blog style site that needs a permanent side bar, however, this seems to have an error message that keeps coming up. I have searched the forum for a solution but do not see one. Please see the attachments.

Hi Christy,

Thank you for purchasing our X theme. Before we tackle that error, I would like you to know that you have already the default Main Sidebar for your blog page, you can see that under Appearance > Widgets. Fill this sidebar with the available widgets.

If you dont see a sidebar on your Blog page, please set your CONTENT LAYOUT as Content Left, Sidebar Right that is under X > Theme Options > Layout and Design

And make sure that your Blog Layout is set to Use Global Content Layout that is under X > Theme Options > Blog.

Now regarding the error when adding a custom sidebar, I can not replicate this error on my dev site. Would you mind to clarify more how we can replicate this error? What name did you give to the sidebar? And what version of X and Cornerstone do you have?
