Side Bar Header overlaying content instead of pushing it

I would like to do what you guys did in the forum page where the content is all to the RIGHT of the side left bar how can I achieve this currently its all overlapping my page?

Our forum page layout is divided into three column. Left hand side is there to get all account related options. In center we have the content area. Right side is for communication section. In case you are looking to replicate the same layout or a two column layout, you can do that from Pro > Theme Options > Layout and Designs > Content Layout. Under Pro Theme content builder, you also have the option to change column layout.

but the left side looks like a HEADER BAR it says “APEX” then has "ACCOUNT BUTTON with image and has FORUM with an image the real question is i have a LEFT side header instead of top and I want it to push all the content to the RIGHT
is there any breakdown somewhere you guys explain how you made a site like this? or what the elements are? or a template?

We are using Discourse forum software to power Apex and on top of that we have customised the layout as per your requirement.

im still trying get an answer on what to do with page content when you choose “LEFT” from “HEADER” it overlaps the content aka hides whats on the page because its on the LEFT how do i push all of the CONTENT to the RIGHT

Hi There,

Thank you for the clarification, are you working on that site below? Its under construction mode, please provide us access in secure note so we can take a look, because Fixed Left navbar should automatically give room for the content.

In the meantime, please make sure that you properly set the Navbar Side Width option.



Second, make sure the content layout is set to Content left, Sidebar right. Because sometimes a left sidebar is overlapping with Fixed Left header, and its being confuse as the header.
