Thanks for reaching out.
Not clear what exact you problem you are having. The Sidebars are still available in Appearance > Sidebar and all Widget and Widget Areas in Appearance > Widget.

If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the problem or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.
