Show more on the grid

I’m using the grid for my post page (https://noahswanson.com/post/) but I would like to have a “show more” option or page numbers below for additional blog posts. How do I go about doing this?

I checked your website it seems that you are using “Essential Grid” to display the posts not “The Grid” plugin. If you want pagination for the posts please have a look at the documentation of “Essential Grid” so that you can learn more about how to set pagination in “Essential Grid” plugin.
