Show header/menu between page loads and an animation upon first page load

Hello,

I’m really enjoying working with the theme. I have fully designed my site and just wondered if there is any way to:

  1. Make the menu appear constantly even between page loads? Like this site: http://bibliothequedesign.com

  2. Also, I’d like to have a custom animation show on a loading screen as the user first arrives at the site at any page. Similarly to the website mentioned above too.

Is that possible with this themes functionality or that of any of the included plugins? Or can you offer any advice on how I could achieve these two things?

Hi Jimmy,

The feature you want is the whole website Ajax loading system which our theme is not designed to handle. I am not sure if it is possible with our theme to do so. There are few plugins available that try to load the information using Ajax but I never tested that with our theme and this is a personal suggestion and not official one:

My knowledge of Ajax is very limited but after reading up a bit I thought it might be the case that I can’t just add this functionality.

I am going to backup my site now and try adding the plugin. Thank you for the unofficial recommendation. It’s much appreciated!
