Show "Full Post Content on Index" for video posts

hi there,
i have “Full Post Content on Index” in x, icon turned on. but the text/description is not showing for video posts on the index page of the blog. how can i make the text show like on the individual post page?
even better just like 4 rows of text and then a “more” link.

My code doesn’t have the IF condition.

thanks for pointing that out! sorry for overlooking.
but the reason why i overlooked this is, that the code is missing all the divs at least. even the one i posted only looks familiar to me if i open the secure note. but the moment i leave the edit window of the secure note the code is missing alls the divs.
so i really can’t figure out what to do or delete. i am not a php programmer.
deleting the php line with the if breaks the page.
could you please tell me what to delete or replace exactly? to show you the original code with divs i attach a screenshot. this is what i see when i edit the php file on the server via ftp.
