Show current parent page menu as active on subpages

i am using x themen and i need to show the parent page menu as active.

i have tried old threads like Parent page menu item active on subpages

how to do this?

Hi Oli,

Thanks for writing in! You can only show the “Infomagazin” menu item as active when you add " Bluthochdruck in den Wechseljahren bei Frauen" as a submenu item. At the moment, you cannot make the “Infomagazin” as the page menu parent because there is no child menu in it. okay. i see. it is only possible via submenues i thought parent would be okay, too.
i do not wanted to display the submenu.

 .sub-menu  {
	display:none!important;
}
