Show Archive Template if no posts are found

Hello,

I have an archive layout for a custom taxomony. For this purpose it is for a school site and I created a taxonomy for each grade to include staff, news, etc.

The issue I have is if there are no staff or posts assigned to the taxonomy I get the " Nothing to Show Right Now" default 404.

Is there anyway I can get it to display the archive template anyway? since I have other default info displayd in the archive layout.

Thanks for reaching out.
The Archive Layout assigned to the specific taxonomy will show even if that does not have any post in it. The assignment should be as shown in the given screenshot.

If that is not working, we need to investigate it through the WordPress admin dashboard. I would suggest you, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
