I haven’t updated the Cornerstone plugin in months because it still doesn’t say if it’s compatible with my current version of Wordpress. I’m still on 4.9.9, but would like to update to 5.0.2 so I’m current.
Is Cornerstone update compatible yet with current versions of Wordpress? Can we expect a new update so it will be?

Thanks for writing in! Yes the latest version is compatible with WP 5.0.2. Please be advised that we have released X 6.4.6 and Cornerstone 3.4.6. It is now available in automatic updates. You can now update to this latest version. This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).
After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
And if you are unsure of these updates, I would highly recommend that you create a staging site. This is very useful because you can test drive any X updates in the staging area, do the customizations and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site.
