Shorter product titles for small screens

Our shop has many products with quite long names.

Do you know of a method for shortening / trimming these titles for smaller screens?

Thanks for reaching out.
Regretfully, there is no such option available for that, but you can achieve it by adding the following custom CSS code into the Theme Options > CSS.

.entry-product h3 
{
    width: 200px;
    white-space: nowrap;
    overflow: hidden;
    text-overflow: ellipsis;
    padding: 20px;
    font-size: 1.3rem;
    margin: 0;
    background: white;
    resize: horizontal;
}

Please remember that the above code will work if copied as it is and doesn’t conflict with any existing style.
Please note that the code provided serves only as a guide to help you get started custom coding on your own if there’s no option offered in our theme or the products we bundle.
We really do not provide support for custom codes that means we can’t fix it in case it conflicts with something on your site nor will we enhance it.
