Shortcodes not working on pages

However the Cornerstone code is in the page admin so its not showing up on the live website.
I just get this:

Do you have caching? If yes, please clear cache. Check again.

Based on the structure when I viewed the source code, it is not using X theme. We might need to see your setup if this is not a caching issue. Please share credentials inside a secure note.
