I had to delete my last message I totally Sent It Wrong.
So we spoke in an email about how I changed themes and none of the old shortcodes i used from xtheme work with cornerstone which i just bought, So I was wondering if you guys can try to fix this issue or refund my money for the cornerstone plug-in which is why i bought it (I read by you guys at envato it would work with old xtheme shortcodes. )

The given WP credentials has very limited privileges. We cannot check your pages and investigate why the shortcodes is not working. Can you please change the role and make it an Administrator?
And with regards to refunds;

Both the cPanel and the new WP credentials don’t work.
I believe I know what’s the problem though. Based on your screenshot, you’re using X shortcodes without the x_ prefix. That’s fine when you’re using X but if you switch to other themes, the prefix is required because we do not know if other themes have the same shortcode name too like the [gap] shortcode and that would cause conflict if X shortcode does not have a prefix.
I’d recommend you install the Better Search Replace plugin and search for each X Shortcode and replace it with the version with the prefix like in the following screenshot.
Also, do this for closing shortcode tags.

You can select all of the table means that is present in your database because the plugin will be doing its search in your database. Refunds should take 24 hours on weeknds and may take longers during the weekends.

im using buddypress is there a way to change the content links in the private [private] shortcode in the functions file to use the pop up model i have now instead of it taking me to the login page? Or can i add my own content links like login and register to the “this is only for logged in users”?

Thank you for reconsidering using the theme. Unfortunately, the function you are trying to achieve is not included on the theme.
Based on your message I am little bit confused though. Custom codes are possible but it will be outside the scope of our support.
User specific content feature/function is not available on the theme. It might be possible with a third party plugin. Please check this google search for possible plugins.
