Shortcodes no longer work in Contact Form 7

We have an old site that we are updating and, unfortunately, the shortcodes that are written within the Contact Form 7 editor no longer work (they do work within backend of global block editor)

Any ideas? I know this is considered a legacy feature, but it was also stated that they should continue to work, as they did before.

This sounds like it could be the same as issues we’ve been seeing but would you mind sharing your website credentials so we can confirm? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

I have created a test page and the contact form is displaying as expected on the frontend.

Check the secure note.

Please temporarily disable the Hummingbird plugin. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Disabling CDN
