Shortcodes No Longer Rendering

I’m not sure what happened to my site, but all of a sudden none of my x-theme shortcodes are rendering properly. Instead of rendered HTML the site is just spitting out the actual text of the shortcode.

I haven’t touched my site in 4 weeks, I’m completely baffled by this. Perhaps something got auto-upgraded? I’m not sure where to start.

Hmm, nevermind.

For some reason, my cornerstone plugin got deactivated (due to an error, file not found). I re-activated it and everything seems back to normal.
