Shortcodes in WooCommerce Product not working

Sometime in the last week or so, some of the shortcodes in my Woocommerce Products have stopped working. I’ve tried a few things to figure out the issue:

(1) I’ve tried disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Cornerstone and the issue persists.
(2) I’ve gone into functions.php and other places that I’ve customize the theme and removed those items and the issue persists.

and the block that is not getting transformed is:

[x_tab_nav type=“two-up”] [x_tab_nav_item active=“true” class=“description_tab” title=“Description”] [x_tab_nav_item class=“reviews_tab” title=“Reviews (0)”] [/x_tab_nav] [x_tabs] [x_tab active=“true” class=“description_pane”]

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in.

Cornerstone isn’t installed, please go to Admin > X > Validation and wait until it install the cornerstone. But, you must delete your existing cornerstone, it’s the wrong cornerstone and it’s not from us, it’s from Wordpress plugin directory.
