Is it possible to enable shortcodes in the header builder for buttonlinks and social links?

Not clear what exactly you are trying to do, the buttons and the social elements only accept the URL not the shortcode. If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any video that helps us to recognize your query.

Regretfully there is no option to add a custom shortcode in the URL text box but our dynamic content would work here. Please have a look at this doc to learn more about how shortcode works.
