Hi, I’m using memberpress to add dynamic user information. For this we have a user section where the user’s name appears on top right that when clicked shows some account information for that user. However, seems that you can’t have shortcodes in the root of the dropdown. It seems that shortcodes are only accepted in content area sections but not everywhere. Is there a way we can add shortcodes to this section. See attachment below.

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully you can’t add shortcodes in dropdown toggle as they don’t support the shortcodes.

Sorry, but we can not provide support for any element modification.
It could be possible with custom development (PHP), which leads to more customization, and this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
