Hi there,
Any shortcodes I add within cornerstone are displaying as text on my webpages.
Using X version 6.0.4 and Renew.
Thanks,

Hi Anthony,
It could be that Cornerstone is not installed.
Please update X to the latest version then login through FTP and go to wp-content/plugins then delete the current cornerstone directory that is in there.
Once deleted, go back to the admin area and Cornerstone should be automatically installed.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for the reply.
I’ve tried this but unfortunately I’m getting the same result.
Hi there,
Would you mind providing the link to your site with the admin and FTP details in a Secure note so that we can check it?
Thank you.
Here you go.
Hi @chaart,
Would you mind sharing us the shortcode that you used because as I checked your setup you are updated and all is well.
Usually, shortcode could be broken by other plugins also. Try to test for plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hi @nico,
I’m trying to add a lightbox for use with embedding videos and Matterport 3D scans.
An example of the code I have been trying is below and I have tried adding it to text elements and raw elements but it only seems to display the actual code web the page is viewed.
[image class=“single-video” src=“image-1.jpg” link=“true” href="//www.youtube.com/embed/kfVsfOSbJY0" lightbox_video=“true”]
[lightbox class=".single-video"]
I have disabled each plugin 1 by 1 it doesn’t seem to work.
Thanks.
Hey Anthony,
This issue could have stemmed from incorrect installation of X. I see 2 X themes in Appearance > Themes. Please delete the old one.
I also see Cornerstone in your admin menu which is an indicator that there’s something wrong with the X install. It looks like you’ve installed X in a sub-folder like wp-content/themes/x/x. It should be wp-content/themes/x
Thanks.
Hi @christian_y,
I’ve just updated X to the version released yesterday and made sure the folder structure is as stated above and it all seems to be working great.
Thank you for your help.
Anthony.
Glad to hear that.
